Eixample is one of the most convenient and comfortable areas for a mid-term stay in Barcelona. Home to many local gourmet restaurant, hip bars and fashion brands, it’s also the most diverse in terms of dining, nightlife and shopping. To get around the city, the Universitat metro stop is just 6 minutes' walk away, and bus stops are within close reach.
In true Meditarranean style, this 2-bedroom apartment is decorated with a creamy-white backdrop and relaxed neutrals. Uncluttered yet homey, the rooms are finished with wooden furniture and natural accent pieces. Accommodating 4 people max, the apartment is fitted with 1 king size bed with Sealy mattress and 1 double bed, as well as a spacious living-dining area with a flat-screen TV. From the living area, you will access a charming sunlit terrace with cosy outdoor furniture.
There are 2 bathrooms, one comes with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Free toiletries are provided. Towels and bed linen are all set for you upon arrival. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or quick bite. This includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this clean apartment, which will make you feel right at home. For your convenience, this apartment also comes with a hairdryer, ironing facilities, a washing machine and a dryer. A short bus or metro ride will bring you to the city’s architectural marvels including La Sagrada Familia (16 minutes), Casa Milà (20 minutes) and Palau de la Música Catalana (15 minutes) as well as many of Barcelona’s most famous museums, cathedrals and galleries. It’s a lovely walk to Casa Batlló (13 min), The Maritime Museum (22 min) and the historic Gothic Quarter (23 min).

- This apartment has a minimum stay of 33 nights and a maximum stay of 11 months.
- An online rental agreement must be signed before your stay, for which we will kindly need your collaboration to provide a photocopy of all staying guests’ ID (passport or ID card –driver’s licence not accepted), contact details, and reason for your stay.
