Olala Homes would like to welcome you to the fully-equipped and exquisitely designed Olala Unirii Center Apartment 4.13, a home away from home in central Bucharest, located just 7 minutes’ walk from the famous Unirii Square.
From Olala Unirii Center Apartment 4.13 you can reach Bucharest’s Old Town in a relaxing 18-minute stroll. Palace of Parliament is a 7-minute drive or 30-minute walk away.
Decorated by our local interior designers, guests will especially appreciate the classic furnishings in this apartment fitted with 2 double bedrooms and a cosy living area with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV.
There is 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 toilet in this property. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival
The open plan kitchen features a spacious dining area and is perfect for cooking a meal with fresh local ingredients. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this clean and comfortable apartment, a place that feels just like home. For your convenience, this apartment also comes with a washing machine, a hairdryer and iron facilities.
For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a baby’s cot and a high chair are available upon request (depending on availability), for free. Optional services of late check-out and extra cleaning are available upon request (depending on availability), at an extra cost. Please contact our friendly staff for assistance.
The lovely King Michael I Park can be reached in a comfortable 30-minute bus ride from the property. Other nearby points of interest we recommend include the National Museum of Art of Romania (20-minute bus ride) and Cișmigiu Park (25-minute bus ride).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator.

- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s licence is not accepted.
- As per local authorities requirements, we will be charging 2% of the total amount for your stay in concept of City Tax, already already included in your reservation payment.
- The building is currently under renovation and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

Had a short break in Bucharest and had the pleasurethis fantastic apartment. Huge, well equipped place in a really central location for the old town restaurants ,shops and sights. Great place. Lift so getting to the apartment was easy and the view ovsee more

If you want to be close to the Old Town, you won’t go wrong booking this place. The apartment looks really nice and has everything you need. You have loads of restaurants and supermarkets around and is in walking distance to everything.
