This location puts you a stone’s throw from Nueva Numancia and Puente de Vallecas metro stations, and the bus stops are just steps away, well-connected to the centre of Madrid.
Modern, chic, and cushy, Cool Apartment 1B is an ideal hideaway for anyone visiting the Spanish capital. With nordic furnishings and neutral colors, our local interior designer has created a space fit for business travelers and family tourists alike. Fitted with a nice living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, the 1-bedroom apartment has 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, for a maximum capacity of 4 people.
The bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided, as well as all the kitchen equipment you may need with the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. This accommodation is equipped with accessibility in mind, with special features like an adapted bathroom to cater to the needs of persons with disabilities.
The Cerro del Tío Pío Park, guaranteeing some of the best views of Madrid, is a pleasant 10-minute stroll from here. Within a 30-minute metro ride, you will reach the gorgeous El Retiro Park and the cultural gem Paseo del Prado Boulevard. The fancy Centro Comercial Plaza Rio 2 (39-min by metro) offers some of the city’s finest shopping. If you’d like to explore beyond Madrid, the largest transportation hub in Madrid, Atocha Station, is also just 3 metro stops from the apartment.
