Designed to offer comfort and eye-catching design, Cool Apartment 3A provides a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The apartment is blessed with 2 balconies, perfect for city dwellers to spend time in the sunshine. The tropical palette, life-affirming greenery, and Scandinavian wooden furniture together give artistic touches to the interior. Fitted with a nice living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, the 1-bedroom apartment has 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, for a maximum capacity of 4 people.
The 1 bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning is provided, as well as all the kitchen equipment you may need with the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost.
The historic Paseo del Prado Boulevard is just 30 minutes from here, while the beautiful green getaway El Retiro Park is a 37-minute metro ride away. The dazzling Centro Comercial Plaza Rio 2 (39-min by metro) offers some of the city’s finest shopping. If you’d like to explore beyond the Spanish capital, the largest transportation hub in Madrid, Atocha Station, is also just 3 metro stops from the apartment.
