Surrounded by a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and local pubs, you’ll get an authentic taste of the local lifestyle. Neighbouring the glamorous Retiro district and the fascinating Arganzuela, the district is very well-connected with the center of Madrid. To explore more of the city, the Puente de Vallecas (10 min) and Nueva Numancia (9 min) metro stations are both within easy reach.
Carefully refurbished by our talented interior designer, this cozy hideaway has everything to accommodate your lifestyle needs. The textured backdrop is accented with Bohemian furniture and beautiful plants. The windows and wooden flooring fill this space with light and warmth. With a capacity of 6 people max., this apartment is fitted with 3 double beds and a flat-screen TV.
The 2 bathrooms come with showers and free toiletries. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided, as well as all the kitchen equipment you may need with the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are at an extra cost.
It’s an easy metro ride to the beautiful Jardín Vertical Caixaforum (25 minutes) and the stunning The Royal Palace and The Plaza de la Armeria (37 minutes). Other points of interest we recommend include Puerta del Sol, accessible in a direct 25-minute metro ride, and the Cascada Parque El Retiro (36-minute metro ride). Craving for some shopping? Visit the popular Centro Comercial Plaza Rio 2 (36-min by metro) for boutiques and international fashion brands. The largest transportation hub in Madrid, Atocha Station, is also just 3 metro stops from here.

It is a nice and very clean apartment. We were only 3 persons, so it was really spacious for us. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs for prepring a quick meal. Two bathrooms are great feature. Windows are really nicely blocking the sounsee more
