A fusion of Bohemian and Contemporary style, the design is completed with neutral-toned decors and comfortable furniture. The 3-bedroom apartment, which accommodates 6 people max., is fitted with 3 double beds and a flat-screen TV.
Home of the great literary figure Cervantes, as well as home to three treasures declared humanity heritage, the district is a hidden gem rich in history and culture. Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and local pubs, you’ll get a true taste of the Spanish capital. This location puts you a stone’s throw from 2 metro stations, Nueva Numancia (9 min) and Puente de Vallecas (10 min), well-connected to wherever you’d like to explore.
The 2 bathrooms come with showers and free toiletries. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided, as well as all the kitchen equipment you may need with the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost.
It’s an easy metro ride to the characteristic Jardín Vertical Caixaforum (25 minutes) and the gorgeous The Royal Palace and The Plaza de la Armeria (37 minutes). Other points of interest we recommend include Puerta del Sol, accessible in a direct 25-minute metro ride, and the green oasis Cascada Parque El Retiro (36-minute metro ride). Craving for some shopping? Visit the popular Centro Comercial Plaza Rio 2 (36-min by metro) for boutiques and international fashion brands. The largest transportation hub in Madrid, Atocha Station, is also just 3 metro stops from here.
