From this well-connected flat, you can reach Atocha Railway Station in 30 minutes (5 stops). The popular Plaza del Sol can be reached in a fast 25-minute metro ride. The lovely Real Jardin Botanico is 10 minutes’ bus drive away. The magnificent Paseo del Prado Boulevard can be reached in a 30-minute metro ride, without changing lines.
With a color palette that perfectly balances light, vibrant and dark elements, our local interior designers have created an inviting space fitted with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a comfy living area with 1 double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
Each of the 2 bathrooms comes with a shower. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.
The open plan kitchen features an island-style dining area and is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or meal. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this clean and comfortable apartment, a place that feels just like home. For your convenience, this apartment also comes with a washing machine, a hairdryer and iron facilities.
For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a baby’s cot and a high chair are available upon request (depending on availability), for free. Optional services of late check-out and extra cleaning are available upon request (depending on availability), at an extra cost. Please contact our friendly staff for assistance.

Estuvimos en el piso 4 noches y la verdad es que no podiamos estar mejor ! El piso es fantástico , muy bien distribuido , aprovechado y acogedor. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario tanto en cocina ( menaje, productos de limpieza, pastillas para el lavaplatos, aceite, vinagre, sal, pimienta ) incluso encontramos unas botellas de agua fresca en la nevera, cosa que agradecimos muchísimo, un zumo de naranja y unas cervezas. Cafetera con cápsulas de café y unas magdalenas para desayunar . El baño también super completo con jabón en la ducha y para las manos, secador de pelo e incluso producto de limpieza para el wc. Cuando llegamos encontramos el aire acondicionado funcionando tanto en el salon-cocina como en las habitaciones cosa que agradecimos muchísimo. Tiene dos balcones, uno delante y otro detrás y aun así el piso es muy silencioso, nosotros descansamos muy bien. El check-in súper sencillo y muy práctico ya que se hace todo por internet, además te envian por correo y por watsap todas las instrucciones , junto con recomendaciones de qué ver y visitar, y cuando llegas al apartamento no tienes que esperar a nadie que venga a darte las llaves sinó que se entra mediante una combinación que te envian previamente. Las puertas de entrada al piso tienen un pestillo de seguridad y una cámara delante de la puerta. Como ya he dicho, el piso está genial y repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

No se si sería posible intentar tener algun tipo de parquing, nosotros veníamos en coche y las 3 primeras noches no tuvimos ningún problema para aparcar, es más, el día en que llegamos pudimos dejarlo delante de la puerta del edificio pero sí que es see more

Por lo demás, fue una estancia genial.
