Olala Homes would like to welcome you to the carefully designed Olala Kolonaki Suites 3.1, a home away from home in Athens, located just 10 minutes’ walk from Syntagma Square, in the vibrant neighbourhood of Kolonaki.
From the studio, you can reach Panepistimio Metro Station in no time by foot (5 minutes).
Completely refurbished and decorated with a trendy style by our local interior designers, this cosy studio apartment for 2 guests includes 1 double bed and a dining area with a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom comes with a shower and a hairdryer. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.
The kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast with fresh, local ingredients. This includes a fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop, tableware and cooking utensils.
You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this fully equipped studio apartment, which will make you feel right at home.
Guests also have access to a washing machine and iron facilities.
For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a baby’s cot and a high chair are available upon request (depending on availability), for free.
Optional services of late check-out and extra cleaning are available upon request, at an extra cost. Please contact our friendly staff for assistance.

This studio apartment is located on the third floor with elevator.

Within a comfortable walking distance of Syntagma, museums (Ancient Greek Technology is 5 minutes away), and upscale and neighborhood shopping.

Within a comfortable walking distance of Syntagma, museums (Ancient Greek Technology is 5 minutes away), and upscale and neighborhood shopping. All the amenities plus a washer/dryer, yummies in the fridge and on the counter, but most of all an EXTRAORDINARY support staff a phone callemail away to answer any and all questions you have. All at 1/3 the cost of a hotel room at Syntagma. An Awesome Value and where we will stay next year. |

Our plane landed after midnight and they allowed us to check in late at night. The apartment has all the conveniences including free water, beer (!), juice, coffee, and snacks. We enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend this apartment.
